To register as a new client, please provide the following documentation:

• Tax ID Certificate (RFC copy)
• Articles of Incorporation (including any amendments, if applicable)
• Proof of Business Address (issued within the last 3 months: utility bill, water, or electricity)
• SAT Tax Registration / Notice of Change of Tax Status (RFC high-status registration, Form R1/R2, or Tax Status Certificate, if applicable)
• Power of Attorney for the Legal Representative (if not specified in the Articles of Incorporation)
• Copy of Legal Representative’s Tax ID (RFC) or National Identification Number (CURP)
• Official Photo ID of the Legal Representative (valid INE/IFE or Passport)
• Customs Power of Attorney Authorization (Encargo Conferido): Must be updated on the SAT website (www.sat.gob.mx) using your CIEC key under Mi Portal / Trámites y servicios por Internet. Please print and submit a copy of the document showing the Customs Broker(s) with “Pending” (pendiente) status.

• ORIGINAL Letter of Authorization (Carta Encomienda) signed by the Legal Representative

• Digital Stamp Certificate.
